Exercises We Like & Dislike

Order Valium Australia As the day ends Jim, Adam, Frank, and Aaron sit down to discuss a few exercises that they enjoy and a few they don’t. Watch and see what they have to say about the Turkish Get-Up, the Med-ball Slam and others. Each week they’ll be discussing and sharing different topics. We’re constantly discussing different topics with each other and with other coaches, so we finally decided to just turn a camera on while we’re talking about everything. Most of this is just opinion, and we don’t always agree with each other. We’d like to hear what you think about this topics, so post your thoughts below.

This is awesome. I love hearing the different views and takes on different exercises and approaches to things. I personally like the med-ball slam as a core exercise. I think if done in the correct fashion the abdominal muscles can be used in an explosive movement.Next, I really like the glue-ham raise; both full and half. I like the half for individuals who dont have the control to do full reps, or if you want to isolate the hamstring muscle group. For full reps, I like the control it takes, and the back extension and hamstring curl that comes with a full glute-ham raise. Just my take on things.Great discussion guys. Keep it coming!!
