http://naturesown.co.za/tag/dark-leafy-greens/ A long time ago I was doing a phone interview for a Strength Coach position. The Associate Athletic Director was actually the one who asked this question. I don’t know if she gave two shits about the answer I gave, but this was over 6 years ago and my answer to this question has stayed the same. I have gotten better at implementing the philosophy though, so that’s a good thing.
http://bisnisbajumu.com/tag/jilbab-umama-tanah-abang AD: Why and how do you choose certain exercises over others? What is your exercise selection based upon?
Buy Alprazolam Bulk AD: Well that makes sense, as long as you do Powercleans out the ass and a shit-ton of ankle mobility exercises. I want someone’s vertebrae shot across the floor and I want very mobile ankles, the job is yours!
http://naturesown.co.za/wp-cron.php?doing_wp_cron=1580913546.8757810592651367187500 No, I’m mess’n with ya and I like Powercleans. Here is my real answer though….
http://dynamotaxi.com/?x=How-To-Order-Xanax-Online-Forum Order Xanax Overnight Shipping Needs/Not just wants: First, I’m going to choose exercises that I need to do. There are certain movements (not exercises) that I need to get done with my athletes. For example, I need to get a compound double leg pressing movement in. I need to get a Single Leg Pressing movement in. I need to get the Neck trained sufficiently in a practical amount of time. This list goes on and on, and it’s different for the sexes and the sports. It has a lot to do with my philosophy and every coach will be different. In the end, you do have to have a list of needs.
There is going to be a number of wants from the athlete, the coach, the AD, the parent, etc. I don’t really give a shit about their want if it’s not in line with what they need. Don’t tell anyone that though, because I’ve become a master at faking it.

http://artists-atelier.com/wp-cron.php?doing_wp_cron=1580930709.4767019748687744140625 Eventually within the coaching process you’ve got to teach them to want what they need. It’ll be a much happier weightroom. It’s OK to throw in some of those wants, as long as they are safe and don’t waste too much time.
Like, the coach wants some sort of stupid balancing on a Bosu ball exercise done. Fine, I’ll alternate it with two meaningful exercises with a group of three kids. So, it’s not costing me any valuable time. The kids like it and it might keep you your job.
http://bandarbaju.com/tag/grosir-daster-hamil I told her I was going to do the things each team/individual needed to do.
Buy Xanax Nyc At the Mercy of Resources: I have my list of needs, now I have to see what resources I have to get them accomplished. I want to do a compound double leg pressing movement, and I have a row of leg presses with nothing else. Okey Dokey, we’re leg pressing. I want to do an upper body horizontal pressing movement and I only have bench presses. Alrighty then, we are benching.

http://audiodescription.co.uk/directory/describers/script-translation-services/certificate-in-audio-description-skills-sport/live-events The Safer Choice: This is obviously subjective, but hopefully it doesn’t take you breaking someone in the weightroom to start evaluating your exercise choice. I’m going to choose the safest, in my opinion, exercise for the movement I have the tool for. I might have a bench press and DB’s to do upper body pressing movements with my baseball team. Well, I’m not going to bench them. I’m going to make them turn the DB’s with their palms parallel to each other and press like that. Maybe I can choose a log bar with parallel grips vs. a barbell to do pressing for my hockey team. I’m going to choose the log bar, hoping the elbow position will take some strain off their shoulder girdle.
Order Xanax From Canada This is what I do when I choose an exercise for safety. I think of the star player doing the exercise, I remember that they are beginner to novice trainees, and then I imagine all hell breaking loose and the worse possible accident happening. They are all fucked up, laid out on the floor, done for the season. Then, I decide whether to do that exercise or not.
This shit actually happens too. It was not too long ago that a Strength Coach from an SEC school, yeah a big time school, had a player doing DB press on a Physio ball. The ball popped and he broke both wrists. He was out for the season. That shit just makes my jaw drop.
How To Get Real Xanax Online Does it really, and if it does, was the juice worth the squeeze?
1281e1918f2414bf746d9e8fe6f022fc Yes, that is a true story. I actually popped one once, just sitting on it with my fat ass. So, do you think I’m ever going to have someone do an overloaded exercise on one? No, it looks stupid and soft anyway….sortof like most reps with the med-ball slam. That’s another story for another time though.
Buy Xanax 2Mg Xanax Canada Buy Efficiently Progressively Overload: That sounds kind’ve funny reading out loud. It’d make it great T-shirt. It means a lot though. I need to do exercises that I can progressively overload with and I don’t want it to take a lot of time. I want to get these kids as strong as possible in minimal amount of time. If the head Football coach said Adam, I don’t care if you do Barbell Squats or Trap-Bar Squats, I’m most likely going to just Trap-Bar them, Front Squat them, do some sort of Single Leg exercise and then blow their asses out in the Leg Press. It’s not necessarily that simple, but you get the idea.

I’m probably going to use a Stiff Leg Deadlift on a Hammer Squat-Lunge Machine or Barbell, for the glutes and hamstrings, over a Goodmorning with a Barbell.
http://dynamotaxi.com/wp-cron.php?doing_wp_cron=1580956330.1604549884796142578125 Genuine Purpose: Ok, sometimes we have to put “fillers” in and sometimes we have to do a couple “wants”.
http://audiodescription.co.uk/directory/describers/theatre/north-east/promenade-performance/london However, the exercises I choose will have a purpose and if someone asks why I am doing it, I will have a valid answer. It won’t be some bullshit diarrhea of the mouth about recruiting the fast twitch motor units before the slow twitch motor units. Yes, people still say this shit, even in interviews.
Where To Buy Xanax 2Mg Me: We are squatting earlier in the week. I can’t have them go to voluntary muscular failure on squats. They are getting stronger with the squat, but I need them to strain their legs much more, and the leg press is the safe tool I have to do it with.
Maybe the person hit me with the question during my coffee and staff meeting….in that case here’s my answer
Me: To develop mental toughness
The point is, make sure that the exercises you are implementing have a great purpose and can be defended.
I told her that everything we do in the weightroom is going to have a specific purpose. If we do something, and later evaluate it wasn’t purposeful, it’s thrown out.
Able To Coach: I typed the word “Coachability” for the heading of this section and realized it’s not even a word. Yeah, I’m not the type of dickhead that makes up words. Ok, back to the point of this section. I have to choose exercises that I can sufficiently coach.
If I’m going to do some sort of Olympic lift derivative, and I’ve got 30 kids in the weightroom, and only me as the coach….well I’m not going to do that lift. There is NO possible way I can coach it safely. I’m not going to have some sort of “I can do, what other coaches can’t” ego and hurt someone.
If the reason for the lift was to get some sort of triple extension done, I’ll just have the athletes do some DB squat jumps, maybe a DB high pull (wait no, I tried that once for about a 4 week period, threw it out), maybe a trap-bar squat jump (some research just came out on this one, it’s good).
Maybe I do have to do a coaching intensive exercise (barbell squat, stiff leg deadlift, etc.) and I have a large group. That workout has to be logistically put together so that I can coach that station.
I told her that I would choose exercises that I can sufficiently coach and my workouts would be designed so that my coaching ability would be maximized.
Online Xanax Prescriptions Comprehensive: Hey, as a coach you can’t be allowing the mirror syndrome. It’s as bad as the disease that hit Raccoon City in the Resident Evil series. Mirror Syndromeis, you get out of the shower and want to work all of the muscles you see in the mirror, and neglect the giant ones you can’t see.
By the end of the week, the entire body must be worked. It doesn’t matter if it’s a 4- day/Upper-Lower Split or a 3-day/Total Body Split. I’m going to choose exercises together that will stress the body as a whole and balanced. The program must have a comprehensive design.
I told her that the resistance training protocols would be comprehensive, where the entire body would be stressed.
http://bandarbaju.com/?p=5726 Needs Analysis/Individualized: Yes, it’s true. Some sports need different things that other sports may not in the weightroom and on top of that it changes throughout the training year. I’m not talking about doing a “sport specific” movement because of some jackass carryover myth. It’s going to involve specific timing of different types of conditioning, rep-ranges, volumes, intensities, durations, the whole 9-yards.
All of those things are important and really just go back to the basics of whatever you hopefully learned and can apply from your mentor, school or the mighty NSCA CSCS book.
One of the more important things I learned about individualizing college protocols, was that the athletes want to feel special. The Basketball team wants to feel like they are being trained like basketball players and not Soccer players. The Football team wants to train like Football players and not Hockey players.
I used to think the notion was incredibly overrated when your dealing with the skill level of the lifters we’re talking about. However, when the coach or the team captain comes in to bitch about how the kids don’t feel like they are being trained the right way and they don’t feel special, you’ll think differently. If you’re an assistant, your boss doesn’t want to hear about that shit happening. It’s your job to not let that happen. If you’re boss, the AD doesn’t want to hear about that shit. Your job security sometimes depends on how happy everyone is that’s above and below you.
I told her that the exercises were going to be chosen on each sports specific needs and the time of the training year.
Conclusion: My exercises are chosen on what I need to get done (really what the athletes and coaches need to get done), what they want to get done, the resources available, safety, progressive overload capability, a comprehensive program design, exercises with purpose, how well I can coach the exercise, and the individual needs of the team or athlete.
These ideas are not my own. I stole these principles from great coaches and I apply them with my Coaching style.
I was fortunate enough to learn the importance and validity of these factors at a young coaching age. They can be applied to every coaching scenario. I don’t coach in college anymore, and I can still use these with every situation I’m a part of.
I hope you can take some of these and evaluate your own program.
I didn’t get the job, but my answers kicked ass.
